Processing

Orders are shipped within approximately 7 days of the order date. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer to process. For specific processing times, please see product descriptions. You will receive an email once you’ve placed your order and a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Packaging

Your Sweet Forest Angel treasures are mailed to you with reusable and recyclable packaging where possible. Orders arrive with a cute sticker for you to enjoy!

Delivery

Sweet Forest Angel ships worldwide.

The rates below show the minimum delivery charges as estimates only. Additional charges may incur depending on the size, weight and value of the goods. The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout page before placing your order.

Due to postal service disruptions, delays may occur. For more information, please visit Canada Post's Delivery Service Alerts Page.

I provide two shipping options: Canada Post Tracked and Untracked Shipping. Tracked Shipping is recommended for all orders — especially those of high value, as it comes with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery. Orders with Untracked Shipping will not have a tracking number and cannot be monitored in the event of delays or lost mail. Sweet Forest Angel is not liable for lost or stolen mail.

All Sweet Forest Angel packages come with a delivery guarantee. If a package is deemed non-deliverable by your local post, it will be returned to me for re-shipment. This may happen if a customer moves or provides an incomplete or non-existent address. To avoid paying for a second delivery attempt, please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.

Customs

Although not common, products delivered to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. I advise that you check the import charges applicable before ordering products to be delivered there.

The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied.
